According to the Norwegian tax authorities, we are unfortunately unable to invoice without VAT. This is because the service is carried out here in Norway. However, you can apply for a refund from Norwegian tax authorities.

The space fee includes: White wall panels and frame, namesign with exhibitor name and stand number, your company name on the exhibitor list online and inside the exhibition catalogue, free tickets

Sendings to the venue

Important! Use our forwarder for sending, delivery to the Arena or delivery directly to your stand.

Note that postal parcels addressed to Telenor Arena will either remain at the post office or delivered to wrong offices and will not be taken responsibility for.

For delivery directly to the fair, Telenor Arena, this can earliest be received from Wednesday, 9 January.
Delivery before this time will unfortunately be rejected, as there are no personnel to accept it or storage capacity.

Deliveries that require truck must in all cases be agreed with our forwarder ahead.

There will be opportunities for storage of empty packaging during the exhibition. Space is though limited.
